An AI-driven large language model analyzes corporate filings, earnings statements, presentations, and other public information to accurately assess a company's relevance to its respective sector. The portfolio's allocation strategy emphasizes industrial concentration, assigning 40% to AI semiconductors and an equal 12% to each of the remaining five sectors. Within each sector, individual companies are weighted based on a combination of their market capitalization and an industry relevance score. The index undergoes rebalancing and reconstitution every quarter.
