The Invesco MSCI Global Climate 500 ETF (the Fund) aims to replicate the investment performance (before accounting for fees and expenses) of the MSCI ACWI Select Climate 500 Index (the Underlying Index). This Underlying Index is comprised of roughly 500 companies drawn from the MSCI ACWI ex Select Countries Index (the Parent Index). To be included, these companies must fulfill particular environmental and climate requirements established by the Index Provider, notably showcasing their efforts to reduce carbon and greenhouse gas emissions relative to their industry counterparts.
