Under typical market conditions, the fund commits a significant portion—at least 80%—of its overall assets (including any capital secured through borrowing for investment) to investments in the KraneShares CSI China Internet ETF, which is referred to as the “Underlying ETF.” Its strategy also involves various options, notably FLexible EXchange Options (“FLEX options”), all of which are linked to the performance of this Underlying ETF.
