The Golden Eagle Dynamic Hypergrowth ETF is an actively managed fund designed to pursue substantial capital appreciation. It dedicates at least 80% of its net assets to the common stocks of "hypergrowth companies," which are defined as those achieving a year-over-year sales growth rate of 40% or more in their most recently reported fiscal quarter.
