The fund adviser employs a “passive management” investment approach designed to track the total return performance of the index. The index is a rules-based index that consists of the stocks or corresponding depositary receipts of companies engaged in the creation, development, production, operation, provision, distribution, servicing, licensing, leasing or franchising of Hotel and Lodging Business. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in Hotel and Lodging Companies.
