The WisdomTree Global Hedged SmallCap Dividend Fund (HGSD) endeavors to replicate the total return (both price appreciation and income generation) of the WisdomTree Global Hedged SmallCap Dividend Index. Under ordinary market conditions, the fund allocates at least 80% of its overall assets to the constituent securities of this benchmark index, or to other investments possessing highly similar economic traits. The index itself employs a fundamentally weighted methodology, providing investors with exposure to smaller-capitalization firms that are specifically chosen from the larger WisdomTree Global Dividend Index.
