The investment seeks to track the price and yield performance of the WisdomTree Global Hedged SmallCap Dividend Index. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its total assets in component securities of the index and investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of such component securities. The index is a fundamentally weighted index designed to provide exposure to small-capitalization companies selected from the WisdomTree Global Dividend Index.
