Golden State Mining Limited, through its subsidiaries, engages in the exploration, evaluation, and investment of mineral properties in Australia. The company explores for gold, lithium, base metal, and rare earth element deposits. It holds 100% interests in the Yule project, which comprise six granted exploration licenses and two exploration license application covering an area of 730 square kilometers located in the Northern Pilbara region of Western Australia; the Four Mile Well project covering an area of 260 square kilometers situated in the Eastern Goldfields; and the new Payne's Find project that includes five exploration license applications covering an area of 1257 square kilometers located in the Murchison region of Western Australia.
