The fund is an actively managed ETF that intends to provide broad-based exposure to the four commodity sectors: Energy, Agriculture, Industrial Metals, and Precious Metals primarily through investments in futures contracts. It will not invest directly in physical commodities. The fund may invest in Treasury securities and other liquid short-term investments as collateral for its commodity futures contracts.
