The WisdomTree Short GBP Long EUR is a UCITS-compliant, fully collateralised Exchange Traded Product (ETP) designed to offer investors exposure to the British Pound's performance relative to the Euro. It tracks the MSFXSM Short British Pound/Euro Total Return Index (MSCEEGS), generating a comprehensive return derived from the daily changes in FX forward contracts that take a short stance on GBP and a long stance on EUR, plus earned interest, after accounting for all associated product fees and costs. This means, for instance, if the British Pound strengthens by 1% against the Euro over a day, the ETP will decline by 1% (pre-fees).
