The FlexShares ESG & Climate High Yield Corporate Core Index Fund (FEHY) endeavors to mirror the returns of a specific benchmark. This index consists of a curated selection of U.S.-dollar-denominated, high-yield corporate bonds, originating from companies that demonstrate particular environmental, social, and governance (ESG) attributes. Concurrently, the fund aims to provide investors with comprehensive, foundational access to the broader market for U.S.-dollar-denominated high-yield corporate debt, issued by both U.S. and non-U.S. entities. Under ordinary market conditions, the fund will allocate at least 80% of its total assets to the securities held within this underlying index.
