This WisdomTree Exchange Traded Product (ETP) is engineered to provide investors with exposure to the performance of the Swiss Franc (CHF) relative to the Euro (EUR). It is fully backed by collateral and meets UCITS regulatory standards. The ETP's objective is to mirror the MSFXSM Long Swiss Franc/Euro Total Return Index (MSCEEHL). Its total return is derived from the daily movements of foreign exchange forward contracts, specifically taking a long position in CHF and a short position in EUR, complemented by interest income, all adjusted for the product's associated fees and operational expenses. For example, if the Swiss Franc appreciates by 1% against the Euro over a day, the ETP is designed to gain approximately 1% (prior to fees). Conversely, a 1% depreciation of the CHF versus the EUR during the same period would result in an approximate 1% decline in the ETP's value (excluding fees).
