Under normal market conditions, the fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities of U. S. companies that meet the Sub-Advisor's environmental, social and governance (ESG) criteria. It may invest in securities issued by companies in initial public offerings ("IPOs") and it may also invest in securities of special purpose acquisition companies ("SPACs").
