EASI

The investment seeks investment results that generally correspond (before fees and expenses) to the price and yield of the EASI Tactical Growth Index. The fund will normally invest at least 80% of its net assets (including investment borrowings) in the securities that comprise the index. The index uses a methodology designed to maximize risk-adjusted returns by seeking to take advantage of the investment returns provided during periods of upward acceleration in stock prices, while seeking to shield from potential investment losses during periods of downward acceleration in stock prices.
