The investment seeks total return (including capital appreciation and current income). The fund is an actively-managed exchange-traded fund ("ETF") that pursues its investment objective by investing, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings made for investment purposes) in dividend yielding equity securities. It invests in securities of companies operating in a broad range of industries, and will not invest more than 25% of its assets in any single industry.
