The underlying index is engineered to provide four times (4x) the leveraged exposure, which is rebalanced daily, to real-time fluctuations in the exchange rate between the U.S. dollar and a foreign currency, such as the British pound. It establishes a long position in one currency of the pair against the other. Importantly, this fund is not diversified.
