Gold State Resources Inc. acquires, explores for, and develops mineral properties in North and South America. The company holds a 100% interest in the Black Rock Canyon gold property that covers an area of approximately 3,894 acres located within the Cortez trend of the Battle Mountain – Eureka belt. It also holds a 100% interest in the Aspen gold property that comprise 16 mineral claims in two aggregate groups covering an area of 7,450 acres located to the southwest of Vanderhoof in British Columbia, Canada; and the Jumping Jack property that comprises 133 mining claims covering an area of 2,640 acres.
