The Invesco Zacks Multi-Asset Income ETF (the Fund) is designed to replicate the performance of the Zacks Multi-Asset Income Index (the Index). To achieve this, the Fund allocates at least 90% of its total capital to the specific securities and depositary receipts that make up the Index. The Index itself is composed of a broad range of income-producing assets from both domestic and international markets.
