The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its net assets plus any borrowings for investment purposes in a portfolio of U. S. and non-U. S. dollar-denominated investment-grade fixed- and floating-rate debt securities that are rated BBB- or higher.
