This special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), often known as a blank-check firm, was established to complete a business combination. Such a transaction could include a merger, the acquisition of assets or shares, a corporate reorganization, or similar ventures. Holders of the designated "Share Rights" are entitled to acquire one-fifth (1/5) of a Class A ordinary share following the successful finalization of the company's initial business combination.
