The fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund (“ETF”) that normally invests at least 80% of its total assets in investment grade-rated debt tranches of collateralized loan obligations (“CLOs”) of any maturity. The Advisor intends to invest primarily in CLO securities that are U. S. dollar denominated.
