The fund is an actively managed ETF that normally invests at least 80% of its total assets in collateralized loan obligations (“CLOs”) of any maturity that are rated between and inclusive of AA+ and BB- at the time of purchase, or if unrated, determined to be of comparable credit quality by the Adviser and/or PineBridge Investments LLC, the fund’s sub-adviser.
