It does so by strategically investing at least 80% of its total assets (inclusive of leverage) in financial instruments such as swap agreements, futures contracts, and short positions. The benchmark itself is a modified free-float market capitalization-weighted index, tracking the largest and most liquid Chinese A-shares available.
