The fund seeks to maximize the investors' level of current income and preserve the investors' capital by investing primarily in bonds. It will invest at least 80% of its assets in bonds and other debt securities, which may be represented by derivatives. Under normal market conditions, the fund will invest at least 40% of its assets outside the United States.
