The fund aims to achieve its investment objectives by allocating at least 80% of its assets, during typical market conditions, to the securities, either directly or indirectly, that constitute the Nasdaq Victory Emerging Market High Dividend 100 Volatility Weighted Index (the "index"). This index itself is constructed by identifying the 100 stocks with the highest dividend yields from within the Nasdaq Victory Emerging Market 500 Volatility Weighted Index.
