This fund endeavors to mirror the price fluctuations and income stream of the SummerHaven Private Equity Strategy Index (SHPEI), before accounting for any associated charges or expenditures. Generally, under typical market conditions, the fund commits the vast majority of its assets, specifically no less than 80%, to the ordinary shares that constitute the SHPEI. It typically acquires almost all the common stocks present in the SHPEI, upholding approximately the same proportional allocation.
