The fund's primary objective is to offer investors participation in the performance of major U. S. equities. It achieves this by building a strategically structured, "laddered portfolio" composed of twelve separate PGIM S&P 500 Buffer 12 Exchange-Traded Funds (referred to as the Underlying ETFs).
