The Invesco BulletShares 2033 Municipal Bond ETF (the Fund) tracks the performance of the Invesco BulletShares USD Municipal Bond 2033 Index. At least 80% of the Fund's total assets will be allocated to municipal bonds included in this index. The Index itself is designed to represent a portfolio of US dollar-denominated municipal debt, issued by US states, state agencies, or local governments, all maturing effectively in 2033.
