The fund seeks long-term capital appreciation by actively investing in Canadian equities that have lower sensitivity to market movements (beta). The fund adviser selects portfolio holdings from a universe of the largest and most liquid Canadian securities. The resulting portfolio is weighted so that higher weights are allocated to stocks with lower beta.
