Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in equity securities of companies of any market capitalization focusing on the development, adoption, and utilization of artificial intelligence (“AI”) technologies that the manager believes demonstrate promising growth potential.
