The fund is an actively-managed ETF that invests primarily in equity securities of large capitalization companies, with a focus on value stocks. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, in the common stocks of large capitalization companies. These companies have market capitalizations in the range of companies in the Russell 1000® Value Index at the time of purchase.
