The fund is an actively-managed exchange-traded Fund (“ETF”) that invests primarily in equity securities of large capitalization companies, with a focus on growth potential. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, in the common stock of large capitalization companies. These companies have market capitalizations in the range of companies in the Russell 1000® Growth Index (the “Index”) at the time of purchase.
