The company also engages in the performance of obligations under the PDRs; and acquisition and holding of shares of ABS-CBN Corporation in respect of PDRs issued. The company was formerly known as Worldtech Holdings Corporation and changed its name to ABS-CBN Holdings Corporation in September 1999.
