Valhalla Metals Inc. engages in the acquiring and exploring mineral properties in North America. It holds an 100% interest in the Sun copper-zinc-silver-lead-gold property that consists of 392 contiguous claims covering total area of 25,382 hectares located in northwestern Alaska. The company also holds an 100% interest in the Smucker property located in the Ambler Mining District of Alaska; and Honeymoon gold-silver-copper property, which consists of six mineral claims covering an area of approximately 2,648 hectares located in the west side of Adams Lake, British Columbia.

The company was formerly known as Solidusgold Inc. and changed its name to Valhalla Metals Inc. in September 2022.
