Paloma Resources Inc., through its wholly owned subsidiary, Paloma Ventures (Nevada) Inc., engages in the exploration and development of oil and gas properties in Mississippi, the United States. It owns 1-3% interest in five oil and gas leases located in the Jefferson and Wilkinson counties of Mississippi. The company was formerly known as Paloma Ventures Inc. and changed its name to Paloma Resources Inc. in February 2004.
