Axiata Group Berhad also offers mobile telephony and broadband services, fixed telecommunications, and digital pay television services; digital telco services to mobile, home, and enterprise customers; and digital platform, which connects businesses to ecosystem and customers; and infrastructure solutions and services. In addition, the company provides digital services and technical services, television broadcasting services, mobile telephony and broadband services, fixed communication, and television services; network and/or multimedia services, software development, and IT enabled services; mobile communication, network, and application services and content; and network development, operations, and maintenance services; network telecommunication, capacity, and services; and over-the-top and other on demand content services. Further, it is also involved in the property development and letting of property for commercial purposes; sale of information technology enabled equipment; provision of manpower for call center operations; development and operation of electronic commerce infrastructure for the healthcare sector; provision of IT, information, and communications technology services to nonmobile network operator business activities.

The company was formerly known as TM International Berhad and changed its name to Axiata Group Berhad in March 2009.
