Mologen AG, a biotechnology company, develops immunotherapies for the treatment of oncology and human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). The company's lead product is Lefitolimod, an immunotherapeutic agent, which is in Phase III study for the treatment of metastatic colorectal cancer; Phase II trial for the treatment of small-cell lung cancer; and Phase Ib/IIa study of lefitolimod in HIV infected patients under antiretroviral therapy through collaborations with the Aarhus University Hospital in Denmark.
