The company operates through five segments: Housing Finland and CEE, Housing Russia, Business Premises, Infrastructure, and Partnership Properties. It develops and builds apartments and residential areas, as well as provides real estate property management, maintenance, and living services; develops wind power plants; and constructs office, commercial, business, logistics and industrial, and public buildings, such as hospitals, schools, and multi-purpose buildings.
