The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the performance, before fees and expenses, of the MSCI ACWI ex USA ESG Leaders Index. The index is constructed using regional indexes that provide exposure to large- and medium-capitalization companies from developed and emerging markets countries (excluding the United States). The fund will normally invest at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in equity securities from countries other than the United States.
