Prismo Metals Inc. acquires, explores for, and develops mineral properties in Mexico. It has an option to acquire 100% interests in the Palos Verdes property that includes Palos Verdes concession covering an area of 22.7707 hectares located to the northeast of Mazatlán in Sinaloa State, Mexico; and Los Pavitos property covering an area of 5,289 hectares located in the Álamos area of Sonora State, Mexico. The company was incorporated in 2018 and is based in Vancouver, Canada.
