Oriole Resources PLC, together with its subsidiaries, engages in the exploration and development of gold and other base metals in Turkey, East Africa, and West Africa. It primarily holds 85% interest in the Senala project covering an area of 472.5 square km situated in Senegal; and 90% interest in the Bibemi and Wapouzé projects located in Cameroon. The company was formerly known as Stratex International Plc and changed its name to Oriole Resources PLC in September 2018.
