Delta Resources Limited, an exploration company, engages in the acquisition, exploration, and development of gold and base metal projects in Canada. It has an agreement to acquire a 100% interest in the Delta-1/Eureka project, which consists of 245 mining claims totaling an area of 4,495 hectares located in the Thunder Bay district of Ontario; and the Delta-2 project comprising 237 claims covering an area of 12,650 hectares located in the Chibougamau Mining district of Quebec. The company also holds an option agreement to acquire the Dollier property that consists of 40 claims covering an area of 2,228 hectares located in Chibougamau, Quebec.
